Service Technician
Location: Winchester, VA
Schedule: Full-time • 4–5 Day Work Week • No Overnight Travel
Compensation: $19.00–$27.00 per hour plus commission (based on experience and ability)
Experience: Prior construction/service experience preferred, but not required.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform service calls and smaller installations: slab lifting, sump pump swaps, discharge line adjustments, crack repairs (interior/exterior), crawlspace pump-outs, and structural repairs.
- Diagnose issues, measure, sketch, and photo-document conditions to recommend solutions.
- Handle warranty and proactive service visits with professionalism.
- Recommend helpful add-ons like battery backups, dehumidifiers, discharge extensions, or void-fill foam.
- Maintain clean job sites, communicate clearly with clients, and close out work properly.
Job Requirements
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and clear communication skills.
- Technical and problem-solving mindset to diagnose, provide solutions, and perform repairs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to our Winchester office.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Ability to lift 40–60 lbs throughout the day.
- Regional travel up to 1.5 hours with home every night.
Skills Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in foundation repair, crawl space repair, waterproofing, concrete repair, or general construction.
- Hands-on skills with concrete, steel, carpentry, plumbing, or other similar trades.
Education & Additional Preferences
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Specialized trade education a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to provide references.
Lead Field Technician

- Maintain daily documentation and job progress updates
- Ensure tools, materials, and equipment are accounted for

- Experience leading or supervising small crews
